In order to deliver this support, experts and the project owner needs to be able to communicate properly, which is complicated at the moment, due to hazardous internet access, far away from his house (the closest city is 30mn away). But recently, telecommunication companies have started deploying fiber network, and the project owner is now eligible to this internet offer.
